Dislike: the way Steam deals with colors for skins, most colors are linked to a few different things, so you cant have different colors for buttons, its the bg color, font colors for active friends I think is the same as buttons all over, things like that, so you have to limit your color usage and get a high contrast between them. Also, you can't change a lot of the icons, friends list icons, or add icons for 3rd party games. The list goes on...
