I guess you missed the point. You are just repeating the same thing you posted earlier in the thread. I think you feel more threatened by the fact that you backed a person who you are now seeing has no validity. I think it's pretty sad that you must avoid anywhere or anyone that disagrees with you. I guess if you want to live in a box with your opinions echoing all around you, that's your prerogative. I have to say though, that your sentence about how no one else that agrees with you will speak up because my text is so intimidating, is some serious bullshit. I think its hilariously ironic that you would label all those people to be exactly like you (I guess that calls back to the echo chamber). In theory, yes, but everyone I know with the game has been losing their saves at the moment. To not allow a local save is just disgraceful.

It just blows my mind that people would pay $60 (or $80 for "deluxe) for a game that you can lose all progress in at the loss of an internet connection.

ME1 is certainly clunky, but the story elements are great. I recommend to everyone to just play 1 as a run and gun soldier - or if you have patience, infiltrator Everything that bothers you about ME1 is beautifully revisited in ME2. I'm surprised with the dialog complaints. I've played many a game in my day and I've never been connected to characters like I was in the Mass Effect universe. On a side note, Dishonored seems like a fantastically unfinished game. All the right stuff is there, but its just short and just ends. It left me wanting a lot more, anyway, I'd wait for a steam sale.

Maps beautiful man. I was also impressed by your dedication to the details. We sat in this map for so long while you wanted us to point out even the most minor things like a texture off by 1" or an issue with a prop clipping. (I'm Shaker over in NS). Also, thank you for the Spark intro videos you made (http://www.own3d.tv/FMPONE) as they really helped me come over from the older worldcraft/hammer days.

Looking at the lowpoly and res models, I was wondering if they are really aiming at the low end pc market. Maybe they want to pull all those players still playing 1.6 and source. Yeah it plays very solid in terms of hit boxes and bullet registration. But I feel like I'm playing vanilla CS again, with more polygons and much more annoying GUI additions. First thing I looked for was the option for text buy menus and turning off the GIANT thing in the middle of my screen telling me to right click to zoom in... and then coming up against when I was already zoomed. Sheesh Actually my biggest complaint is probably sound. The guns do not sound unique enough at all. Plus there are some issues with bugged sound where it comes from the wrong direction.
