Yeah, give the mod a try, i mean really, it's so small (and so fun). I took me close to nothing to download and i'm on 56krap. Click on the link and then go make a coffee. Yeah, I asked this before and got ignored and now so has curman asked the same thing. This pack needs a sidewalk, purhaps a roof too. This is not enough to base any map on alone. I just hope others have been busy on completing this core.havana texture pack. I was thinking, maybe there can be a group effort to make a map or something. I need a new Subway Tile texture for the Station map. It needs better textures. Realistic is what i'am going for, and kinda grimey. There are going to be stairs going down. So i guess i need a texture that works well in that situation as well. Maybe 2? Who knows. Cause borders on the bottom of the tiles look cool. But the stairs become a problem. American subway style please. Think Max Payne. Maybe even a yellow tint. I'll even be posting one later maybe, see how I do eh. I'm a nub. - Ewok

Actually, Counter-Strike GSG-9 german fellow would actually be fitting. Mike you did some work with Counter-Strike and alot of people supported it in mapcore. So I think it's fitting to at least have it in the title bar. - Ewok

I think this is a good idea for a topic, was hopeing actually mikezilla would have started it. Maybe every once in a while post steps to creating a simplistic texture. Something that we could use to advance ourselves further on our own, using the basic steps given. I like doing texture art, but I doubt I do it via professional methods. What better way to end this topic by saying that I have officially resigned. Handed in my letter of resignation and that was that. Now I saw the big chief (boss) today and I might be doing the companies website, how cool is that!? The people/work collegues/bosses took me leaving well and no one seems pissed off, actually it went the opposite. I'm happy. It works. Pretty neat, I have done quite a few of these things before. I find even if you just stare at wall or anything in a particular direction or someones face (best effect) for a prolonged period of time with both eyes open without blinking something pretty freaky happens too. Their faces warp, sometimes mouth disapears and everything (omai The_Matrix), and no, it's not just because your eyes are in need of relubrication (blinking). It doesn't take THAT long for the warpy effects to take place, just stare at a concentrated point. - Ewok

Me and mikes post came round about the same time, so it made me look like I copied him heh. My point is, like I said and mike did too, there is NO real person that is in charge per say of #mapcore. Sure there is ownership, but no one is going to get "corrupt" anytime soon and if they do, they will sorted out accordingly. Hinkey it can't be any clearer, just come back.
