You see those shiny and bright monitors and buttons? It's created by overlay textures ~

With some overlays that texture could turn out pretty sweet ingame!

Looks too plastic for me. The whole texture needs a more metal look, and more details on the texture aswell (the lamps, door and lightstrip) looks pretty boring. Check out NS2.wad, maybe that could help you out But a good idea. I kinda been missing this kinda textures for NS
