RD: Fact is, that gay couples are non-accepted persons in our society these days and thus their kids would have a hard time as well. Of course in the end it's the person's fault who treats gay people and their children badly but it's easier not to give gay people children than protecting kids 24/7 from bullies.

When men want to wed, fine, their decision, but if they adopt a child, a 3rd person who isn't asked whether it wants to have gay parents or not is involved and then it isn't only the gay couple's business anymore. Would you like to have 2 daddies postman instead of 1 daddy and 1 mom? I wouldn't, thinking of kids picking on me in school because of having gay parents. Kids and many more "mature" people in society can be assholes and that's why I think children should have hetero parents. Although I must admit, that many gay couples would probably be better parents than some hetero ones...

If gays want to be married they should be able to wed, but permitting them to adopt children goes too far in my opinion (something like this isn't even in sight in the conservative US but is an issue in Europe).

The gamemodes/maps play a little too fast for my taste. Everything looks so chaotic, but maybe it's just the Unreal series which is quite fast in geneal. "100 maps" I read that too and could hardly believe that they include so many maps

I was very interested in this case (and still am), read all the press coverage, including the press report by the police AND by Crytek, and wasn't aware of Crytek spreading false information (or at least like this it seems so). Personally I think the whole case is not "that" upsetting, since Crytek isn't Blizzard or ID Software which are companies having released several bestsellers before. On the other hand their game Farcry will most likely be a hit, so they should be able to get the money for the software. I am 99% sure that this guy, "Ritual", is from a games company and wants to displace a competetor, or at least badmouth it. If he was really just a "customer", he wouldn't give a fuck about how the game was produced...or he works for Discreet
