After reading something: Did I read this right? Did that just say that it isn't one corporation's logo, but rather a symbol used under the Geneva Conventions to show for first aid and other medical related shit. Basically, having a medic class in a war game with a cross that happens to be red would be doing what the Geneva Conventions quote demonstrates, and isn't infringing on International Committee of the Red Cross's (lack of) ownership of it. Except for, back in the tfc days, when players would go medic only for speed, self healing, concjumping, and never (or rarely) healing teammates

Check your camera to see if it has a white balance option or white balance mode. If it's something like a Sony or Kodak, it might be a shooting mode with snowy mountains or a snowman as the logo. I was using a Nikon with it's "sand/snow" scene mode.

So then, next time I take pictures of snow that isn't in direct sunlight, how do I make it less blue, without a gigantic flash?

Nobody reads these, and companies know this. I doubt they would hold up in court, for anything with an EULA that would actually send someone to court. (I can't think of a good example right now ). So basically it doesn't really hold as a contract.
