    Splash Damage Hiring!

    Hey guys, Splash Damage is still growing, in the last year we have bought back the publishing rights to Dirty Bomb and have shipped a bunch of updates, with more to come, we have shipped Gears 4 multiplayer + DLC maps and are moving onto new projects, like a new project in partnership with War Gaming (World of Tanks/World of Warships creators).     Yesterday we offered a first look at the procedural cities we are building on top of some the planets. It is basically handcrafted gameplay spaces + surroundings built with a new editor that allows you to quickly plot down streets, high buildings, industrial buildings, trenches etc. + object scattering. There is a quick look at the city editor plus procedural layouts for e.g. space stations during the QT travel in the middle if you are interested in the tech. I was sitting in the audience biting my nails and praying for no crashes. It has been a couple of stressful weeks but it is nice to see everything come together in the end (even though there is still work left to do) Gameplay starts at 11:30:

    [CS:GO]Endless Hours

    Custom survival mode for CS:GO. While i have a little rest from competitive map (de_Tangerine) i've made an early concept for this map. In this version included - Day/Night dynamic cycle (Made half year ago and still improving (credits to flyguy for skybox model)) - Dynamic fill world with snow - Bed (To skip the night, in multplayer will work like in minecraft) In plans: - Inventory - Player status (hunger, temperature) - Big world - Storyline with cutscenes (I can make animations for CSGO) Ideas and feedback required. For now thats all. Usually i gave up on most projects (That's why i'm paused with tangerine, to not give up it) and i hope that topic in mapcore will motivate me. (Sorry for long waiting while sleep)

    There's no way of moving this to 3D? even merging it with CSGO Empire thread!? Trying to consolidate the amount of space my threads are taking up' I could also just start an Empire 2018 thread and link to both the 2014 and 2015 threads

    Changed the skybox (by Yanzl) and env lighting, plus some progress on the concrete tower prop (still WIP). ... and added a mandatory easter egg.

    Citroën C5 2001 (first phase) V6 210 hp 115 000 km I'm so happy !!! :)))))) It's not the best looking car, but it can be very comfortable (leather interior, air conditionning, automatic gearbox, speed regulator, the famous hydropneumatic suspensions from Citroën...) or really powerful by just pressing the "SPORT" button (the gearbox reacts differently, the active suspensions becomes stiffer ...) It's an "old" car but it was the high-end in 2001, it's a great car. I changed the timing belt and made an oil drain. I'll just have to do the drain for the automatic gearbox and it's going to be perfect. Plus, it was kinda cheap : 1400€ for the car itself (negociated rate) + 1200€ for maintenance !
